Pumpkin Patch

DD has taken her girls to the Pumpkin Patch for a few years now and I always think it sounds so much fun! So this year Zak and I, with the help of Aunt Darla, just in case things got out of control, headed out to pick a few pumpkins.
We had as much fun as I expected the weather was nice and Zak was reasonably cooperative...
I did get a few quality Pumpkins but for next year, and all those rookie pumpkin pickers, bring gloves I would have been alot more effective if I wasn't just a little afraid to pick up one of those prickly little things!

 

 

Jaxson's 1st Birthday

So I posted these pictures last and didn't get a chance to write anything because I had to take a mental break before I had a mental breakdown courtesy of a 2 year old!

So Monday we went to Bunkerville to Jaxson's first birthday party. I had to post this picture because he is just so dang cute! Tiffany got another really cute one on her camera maybe she will post it on her blog....hint....
 
 
 
Here are all the kids playing they all get along so good. I love when Bryson and Zak play because they need to rub off on each other a little, Bryson is too sweet and Zak is to independent - they both could find a happy medium and Tasha and I would be so happy.
Tara and I decided that Zak and Sophie have a love/hate relationship because they can't get enough of each other but fight like brother and sister when they are together. I have Zak asking me all the time "dopies house tonight" As if I don't want to get to Bunkerville every chance I get now I have Zak wanting to go too!
Tonight Sophie dressed up like a princes but took off her pretty sparkly silver shoes, so Zak put them on! Isn't he pretty!
 

The night was fun, we all got to hang out, and I promise its not very often when the Anderson Girls get together theres not fun. (At least to all the girls - Kent has spent a few painful night talking Girl Talk and wanting to poke his eye out.) I am really glad that I was there. Grandpa Anderson looked really good too, I don't see him nearly enough and I was happy that he looked healthy and happy.

Baby Tobler

So all the waiting was over Tuesday Night! Baby AnniL Tobler was born. She was born in true Tobler/Anderson form and that it total chaos and confusion. And she joined right in screaming the whole time. She was so cute I can't wait to hold her and love her again. Here are a few pictures of the first few minutes of her life.

 

 

 

Funny Kid!

Earlier today Tara was telling me how funny she thought my boy was and was sharing some of the things he did this last weekend with her that made her laugh. I have to agree with her. Not a day goes by that he doesn't give me something to laugh about.
This was today's..... As I was sorting laundry I looked up and this is what I saw, yes those are socks on his hands!
 

And not a half hour later I heard him in my bathroom and this is what I found, the thing you can't see is the big glob of hair gel gooped on his head!
 

Time for Catch-up

So I have seriously slacked on my Blog. I got my computer back but now I can't down load pictures. I swear I wish that I would have gotten my degree in Computers I really thing that would have been a more usefully degree not to use!

Well if you follow my sisters Blogs you would have known that we (all the Girls and Kids) went to Park City for a weekend. I like all things Anderson was an adventure. There was Relaxing, Eating and Laughing. It was a little low on the Relaxing part since there were Kids but we will just have to double up on it next year when we have already decided that we are FOR SURE leaving the kids with the DADS!

I spent the next weekend in Key West....I know it is hard to be me! Even with Zak Kent and I found time to relax - mostly because we had to have him in bed at a decent time. That was a major change from any other vacation Kent and I have ever taken. We saw the Paradise of America. And it was nice! We went to the Everglades where we were literally attacked by Mosquito's. I grew up in Bunkerville I am not afraid of a few Mosquito's but these had me a little nervous. Kent dove for Zak and got about 50 bits in a matter of minutes - Zak got two! What a good dad!
The rest of the vacation was spent site seeing and playing in the ocean. I am not a huge fan of getting in the ocean - I am more a fan of the SUN but luckily Kent and Karen are so Zak got a chance to play in the water and I got some time to read.
I did get in to snorkel at Fort Jefferson and OH MY GOSH was that fun! Like I said I am not a fan of the ocean but this water was I will defiantly do that again.





Back to real life: We have all been healthy and happy so who could ask for more!

Dang Computer

So those of you who haven't desided I have dropped off the face of the earth I just wanted to say hang in there. My computer has been broke for over a month now and it is really cramping my style! I hope to have it back soon and I have alot to catch up on. I will be able to check out all your sites too, i have missed them so much but of course the sites are saved on my computer and i don't know what the names are so i will catch up soon!

It's a Boy!

Here are some pictures of our little baby boy from our ultrasound! We're SO excited it's a boy, Beau can barely stand it! He still tells everyone he sees he's going to have a son. We are TOTALLY at a loss as to what he'll be named (seriously, not one name). I look online just about everyday for new ideas but nothing has jumped out at me yet. Beau and I were actually joking today that we're going to be in the hospital, the baby almost 2 days old, and we'll start playing the "you pick 3, I'll pick 1" game. We can't even decide what movie to watch at night let alone what name to give our child. I like the traditional/short names the best. So if you have any ideas I'd love to hear them.

A pretty good one of his whole body (minus a head). You can really tell how long and skinny he is in this one. I love it!

Maden Voyage

kent and I have gone back to the good side. We are boat owners again. Now I know you are thinking how can you afford such a luxury, well this is the thing...it is a giant 17 foot Sea Ray we named it the SS Minnow- and I am so excited it is like Christmas.
We took it to Quail tonight for the first time. I didn't realize how much I missed the water! I must have been living the last year in denial.
What made tonight even better is that our poor deprived little boy at 21 months finally got to go on his very first boat ride.
Not that there was ever a moment of doubt, but he is for sure a REID! He took to the boat like a pro - riding in the first mate chair was not good enough he wanted to drive and if the boat was stopped he wanted in the water!
It was a great time and even better it didn't cost $500 maybe about $50 and worth every penny!

Just another Day

Kent and I had alot of yard work to do the other day so we thought we would buy Zak a new toy to entertain him so we could get some work done.
Had we have known how happy this new toy would make him we would have bought it sooner!

She will be missed

This past week I had to barrie my first Grandparent. Kent has lost two and that was hard. But I have made it 30 years with all 4 Grandparents. I have been extremely lucky and I know it.
My Grandma Lois Hulet was diagnosed with Cancer a little over a year ago. She fought a good battle, better than I ever thought possible. My last memories of my Grandma will be of what a incredibly strong woman she truly was.
She was always there, and when I think that if I want to see her or catch up on family gossip I can't just drive over to talk to her, I still get teary eyed and heart broken.
I am not going to go on and on about her and how much losing her changed my life but I will say that she will be missed!
